After a decade of building several well-known Australian lifestyle brands, Ilana Trimboli discovered a need for exceptional customer service and high-end account management services nationally, specifically tailored to the needs of homewares, gifting, and lifestyle brands. In 2018 Ardent Agency was founded to connect exciting Australian brands with great Australian retailers.

We are passionate about representing authentic, ethical, and exciting lifestyle brands across the Australian and NZ B2B market.

Today, we are a team of 11 with a collective purpose of ensuring the success of our clients and our retailers. We do this by nurturing positive relationships through a personalised approach in store, and genuine love and appreciation for the lifestyle industry.
